Schedule:

Full-Time | Days

• Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM

• Rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $29.56 – $44.34 (based on experience)

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Echo Technologist to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. This role involves performing high-quality diagnostic cardiac ultrasound exams, assisting with Transesophageal Echo procedures, and collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform echocardiograms using M-mode, color flow Doppler, and two-dimensional imaging

• Follow IACEL-recommended imaging protocols

• Assist physicians during Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) procedures

• Organize and prioritize daily patient workflow for optimal efficiency

• Document and report imaging results accurately

• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment

• Collaborate with medical staff to provide high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate Degree or Certificate in Echocardiography

• Certifications:

  • RCS (CCI) or RDCS (ARDMS) required

  • BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)

• Experience:

  • Open to entry-level candidates with required certifications

  • Prior experience in echocardiography preferred
