We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to assist our corporate team.

Overview:

Rainbow is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team. The Ecommerce Operations Specialist will be responsible for updating and maintaining all web content for rainbowshops.com. This person will work closely with all cross functional partners - Merchants, Customer Service, IT, Photo Studio, Creative, and Fulfillment to ensure that the website runs smoothly and is error-free, orders are processed, and customers are satisfied. The Ecommerce Operations Specialist must be a team player and thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Daily publication of new products to website including product titles, product attributes, and product categorization

·         Manage the creation and publication of homepages, landing pages, and all other content pages

·         Implement and maintain all online promotions and coupons

·         Maintain and update store locator information

·         Provide operational support for Email, SMS and Push Notifications

·         Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

·         Strong organizational and project management skills

·         Comfortable working under demanding timeframes in a fast-paced environment

·         Detailed oriented with excellent communication skills

·         Ability to juggle and prioritize between tasks

·         Flexibility and adaptable to change

·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office

·         Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Demandware experience a plus

·         Basic HTML knowledge preferred
