E-Commerce Analyst (Full-time)

PAY RANGE: $26.66 - $47.65

The E-Commerce Analyst is responsible for research, development and maintenance of EECU's E-Commerce delivery including; digital banking, marketing website, loan and account origination system, quarterly preapprovals, marketing emails, secure forms and eSignature. This position works closely with the E-Commerce Manager, VP Marketing and SVP Lending/Marketing to integrate lending, marketing and business development strategies into the digital channels. This position requires a combination of strong interpersonal and technical skills. 

Requirements of the position:

• Completes administrative duties within the Temenos New Account/Loan Origination system which includes new user set up, rules management, product workflows, funding validations to avoid Out of Policy loans, all security settings, and more.
• Works to enhance efficiencies within the Temenos New Account/Loan Origination system to help staff achieve a quality experience for members.
• Solid understanding of conditional logic statements to write business rules for the Temenos New Account/Loan Origination system.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the content of EECU’s marketing website, working closely with the E-commerce Manager, web host and other vendors. Ensure website is up-to-date with current campaigns, rates, special promotions/offers, products, etc.
• Assist with the credit union’s e-mail, online and mobile marketing program. Prepare targeted mailing lists and track campaign results.
• Ability to think critically and solve practical problems.
• Associates Degree (A.S. or A.A.) or three years’ experience in a related field is required. 
• Solid understanding of technology systems and strong computer skills. 
• Web design and development experience is preferred. 
• Broad awareness of basic Internet and web technologies, including: Internet tools, search engines, performance management, web navigation, content, linking. 
• Must be knowledgeable in HTML, Windows environment, Word, Excel, PhotoShop, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Provide support for the Marketing Department as needed.
• Other job duties as assigned.
• Prior experience with a financial institution is a benefit. 
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
