As the E-commerce Assistant Manager you would be responsible for assisting in the overall day-to-day operation and success of an e-commerce re-sale operation. Provide leadership and direction to staff, program participants, and customers; ensure that production and quality goals are achieved; support the mission by supporting the achievement of sales, budget, and profit objectives; supports efficient e-commerce operations.  While also supporting the successful implementation of organizational policies and procedures, positive work environment and quality customer experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Supervise employees engaged in online auction listing, shipping, and quality control management.
• Assign employees to specific departments or special tasks, as needed.
• Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales and/or customers.
• Supports e-commerce operations such as staffing patterns and scheduling, enforcement and monitoring of all policies and procedures, customer service and satisfaction, production, and merchandise quality control , payroll, pricing and production standards, etc. as assigned or needed.

External Hiring Range:  $14.87 up to $17.51/hour

Travel Required: yes, some local travel may be required. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 hour shift, flexible start end times between (7:00am - 5:00pm). Schedule can vary depending on department needs.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 3 years' experience in a retail store or  e-commerce experience required. OR 
• Associates Degree AND 1 year of experience in a retail store or  e-commerce experience required.
  • Store management experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable utilizing web-based sites to merchandise and sell product.

REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Candidates are expected to provide current valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
