E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Description - E-Commerce Coordinator

E-Commerce Coordinator — Join Our Team at Flatirons Subaru!

Since 1954, Flatirons Subaru has proudly called Boulder home — and we're still family-owned and operated today. Our community has voted us "Best Car Dealer" 10 out of the last 12 years in the Boulder Daily Camera readers' poll, and we hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage our online parts sales from order to fulfillment to the books. If you're looking for a place where hard work is valued and there's real room to grow, we'd love to have you apply!

Reports to: Ruben O'Rear, Parts Director

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

$39,520–$45,760 per year, depending on experience

What You'll Do

Order Fulfillment

  • Select, pull, and locate customer online orders across all our platforms — OPG, eBay, Subaru of the Rockies, and Amazon

  • When a VIN is provided, double-check that the part matches — and if it doesn't, reach out to the customer to figure out the best next step

  • For OPG orders, carefully scan and verify all parts

  • Package and ship merchandise with care, using proper standards to keep items safe in transit

  • Keep customers in the loop with accurate tracking info on the platform they ordered from

Customer Experience

  • Answer incoming phone calls and check/return voicemails promptly

  • Stay on top of customer notes and emails, responding promptly and helpfully

  • Double-check that the right parts are headed to the right address

  • Help create a great online shopping experience, so customers keep coming back

Financial & Administrative

  • Record e-commerce transaction amounts in Excel, matching each entry to its invoice number

  • Reconcile e-commerce transactions against bank deposits to ensure amounts match

  • Process bank transfers related to online sales

Workspace

  • Take pride in a clean workspace — sweeping, wiping down bins, and keeping the parts department tidy

What We're Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, along with bending, stretching, standing, climbing stairs, reaching, twisting, sitting, and walking throughout your shift

  • Friendly, confident phone skills

  • Highly detail-oriented, especially when working with numbers and records

  • Comfortable using Excel and navigating multiple online platforms

  • Motivated self-starter who can manage tasks independently

  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service, retail, or fulfillment experience preferred

A Few Things to Know

  • Each shift includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

    • Need a longer break or a schedule adjustment? Just get pre-approval first

  • Any overtime needs sign-off from the Parts Manager before you hit 40 hours

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • 401(k) Plan

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage

  • Real opportunities for advancement

  • A team that's genuinely invested in our community

  • Paid Vacation

  • PTO/Sick Days
