Description

Meyer Distributing is looking for an Ecommerce Customer Service Associate to join our Jasper team - we are hiring immediately! Meyer Distributing is a leader in automotive specialty products marketing and warehouse distribution.

This position is responsible for all customer support related tasks, including but not limited to addressing customer requests, inquiries, and issues via phone, email, and chat. Daily responsibilities include order review, gaining product knowledge, and displaying a high level of customer service.

Preferred Experience for Ecommerce CSR Associate:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales

Requirements for Ecommerce CSR Associate:

  • Must have the ability to understand and follow instruction
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be organized
  • Skill in completing assignments accurately with attention to detail
  • Ability to make good decisions and address inquiries in both a professional and timely manner
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve possible issues
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

ECommerce CSR Associate duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, & online chat
  • Process and maintain orders and returns including customer refunds
  • Continually acquire familiarity with product data to promote sales and a positive      customer experience, along with understanding vendor warranty and return      policies to accurately assist customers
  • Attention to detail, minimal mistakes, good decision making
  • Promote a team environment, willing to learn, and accept instruction
  • Maintain an organized work-space with multi-tasking capability
