POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to help deliver a seamless shopping experience across our Shopify website and Amazon storefronts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and retail store support. You'll also contribute to maintaining website content, optimizing product listings, and identifying new ways to drive conversion and growth.

This is a part-time position based in Santa Monica, with the potential for additional hours for those interested in training and working as an Airbrush Technician at our nearby salons. This unique hybrid opportunity allows you to expand your responsibilities within our growing beauty and wellness business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process daily e-commerce orders through Shopify and Amazon (FBM) to ensure timely fulfillment
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage communications across multiple platforms
• Maintain accurate weekly inventory in Shopify and perform monthly physical inventory counts
• Coordinate replenishment of products, apparel, and equipment for retail store locations
• Support ongoing website maintenance, including product page updates and content improvements
• Manage Amazon FBA shipments and related tasks within Amazon Seller Central as needed
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Analyze market trends to optimize product visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversions on e-commerce platforms and Amazon
• Assist in creating and optimizing content for Amazon listings to improve ranking and sales
• Identify and engage potential B2B customers, deliver tailored sales presentations, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of B2B orders

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or a related field
• Ability to work from the Santa Monica office at least 3 days per week
• Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Interest in beauty/wellness industry a plus
