E-Commerce Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

The E-commerce Growth Specialist will optimize digital storefronts, execute marketing campaigns and directly impact revenue growth. If you love fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects and seeing your work translate into real results, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

Own & Optimize Shopify Stores

• Manage and update 100+ Shopify storefronts


• Refresh product listings, collections, and homepage features


• Align shops with seasonal campaigns and client initiatives


• Curate product assortments for events and programs


• Keep storefronts fresh, engaging, and conversion-focused

Drive Marketing & Revenue Growth

• Launch promotions, product spotlights, and seasonal campaigns


• Execute email marketing campaigns (segmentation, targeting, sends)


• Partner with sales to support revenue opportunities


• Support initiatives that increase engagement and repeat purchases


• Jump in on fast-moving opportunities that require quick shop updates

Analyze Performance & Improve Results

• Track shop and campaign performance (revenue, orders, engagement)


• Identify opportunities to improve conversions and user experience


• Turn insights into actionable merchandising and marketing updates


• Collaborate with Brand Advisors to grow shop adoption


• Share performance insights and recommendations

What We Require:

• 2+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing


• Experience with Shopify (strongly preferred)


• Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns


• Strong attention to detail and organization


• Ability to manage multiple projects at once


• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
