Job Title:   eCommerce Jewelry Lister

Locations:   Store eCommerce Campus --- 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 

Work Hours:    FT (40 Hrs. per Week) Days and hours vary; 2 Days Off per Week

Salary:   $14.82 per hour

General Job Duties:   Evaluate and authenticate jewelry by identifying materials, gemstones, hallmarks, craftsmanship, and overall marketability. Conduct appropriate testing for all jewelry such as precious metal, gemstones and diamonds to accurately determine composition and value. Assess merchandise quality and condition and determine the most appropriate or disposition in accordance with established standard operating procedures. Research and accurately describe specialty and higher-value items, applying market knowledge and keyword optimization to maximize visibility and sale value. Consistently meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks while maintaining high standards of evaluation and documentation. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workspace that supports accuracy and productivity. Adhere to all eCommerce, safety, and operational policies established by Goodwill North Central Texas. Demonstrate professionalism and positive communication with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership. Other duties as assigned. 

 Skills/Qualifications:  Effectively operate Windows PC without assistance and proficient typing ability. is required.  Experience listing fine or estate jewelry for online resale (eBay, Shopify, auction platforms, etc.) highly preferred. Ability to learn how to determine value and functionality of donated items without the need of supervision. Ability to use the internet as an effective tool for research, possess a strong knowledge of jewelry, gemstones and precious metals with the ability to quickly identify said items. Ability to meet established production goals to fit needs of department. Must be detail oriented and work both rapidly and efficiently. Ability to learn and use effectively all tools necessary to perform job duties including but not limited to: weight scales, gem stone tester, precious metal analyzer, flat beds, hand trucks, etc. Must be able to understand and follow directions well. 

Physical Requirements:   Walking, stooping, standing, reaching 6 feet (or can with a ladder), pulling, pushing, lifting 50 pounds on a consistent basis, some heavier lifting required with assistance. Good physical stamina. Ability to work in a warehouse setting which includes noise, some extremes in temperature and dust. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other Team Members. Sufficient eyesight and manual dexterity to differentiate between and classify items. Must be able to work while standing consistently throughout the workday. Must be sufficiently mobile to work in the entire facility. 

Legal Requirements:    Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, pass background, drug screen and physical examination.
