E-commerce Lead - Rapid Progression

With a competitive pay and full benefits package, you would help manage our online ShopGoodwill https://shopgoodwill.com/oh store by overseeing, identifying and selecting donated merchandise and other items for sale on line identifying desirable donated products and posting them creatively for bidding. Responsible for overseeing staff when Manager is not available. handling customer service tickets, filing insurance claims with carriers, and other responsibilities as needed.

We are looking for high energy, enthusiastic, task driven team members who will perform all e-commerce duties such as research, posting, shipping, and customer service.  It’s a full-time position (7:00 am- 3:30 pm, M-F) with overtime available.

What we’d like:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Good math skills, excellent customer services skills
• Works well with others – we are a team with a goal!
• Computer and photography knowledge – internet searches and posting online!
• Supervisory experience not required, but a plus
• Self-driven – you manage your time well.
• Ethical – we do have procedures and everyone participates.
• Some physical requirements – full-time schedule of sitting, standing, walking, and kneeling. There may be some warehouse noise and some heavy lifting (10 to 50 lbs.) may be possible.

• $14/hr.
