Infopro Digital group (“Infopro”) are recruiting for a Direct to consumer/ E-commerce Manager or leader on a permanent basis to join Haynes Group Limited to sit within Infopro’s Automotive division based out of Nashville.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Ecommerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales growth and maximizing revenue through effective management of our ecommerce (Shopify Plus) platform. This position requires an action-oriented, proactive thinker with a strong understanding of online consumer behavior, digital marketing, marketplace management, and ecommerce tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute activity to drive online sales growth and achieve revenue targets across a number of digital channels to market.

Manage and optimize the ecommerce platform to enhance user experience, conversion rates, traffic growth, and retention that supports overall performance.

Conduct regular analysis of sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement across marketplaces (eg Amazon, Ebay) and web properties.

Collaborate with centralised cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and IT to ensure alignment and support for local ecommerce initiatives.

Implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the ecommerce platform, increase brand visibility and sales conversion across multiple on-site and off-site communications channels (social, email, etc).

Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and product merchandising to maximize sales and profitability.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and threats.

Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to optimize ecommerce operations.

Expand into new direct to consumer sales channels such as social selling, other marketplace channels etc

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to ecommerce operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management with a track record of delivering sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and customer management (DCP and CX tools).
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for ecommerce websites and customer experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the retail or consumer industries a plus.
