Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online shop across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce practices, excellent analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Market Growth:
Lead and develop e-commerce operations, budget, and performance in the region.
Develop short and long-term strategies to drive online sales revenue growth for all brands and channels, both locally (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
Initiate and lead regional projects, including new site launches and functionality enhancements, to drive consistent adoption.
Drive regionally-led sales-focused campaigns, particularly those aimed at full-priced selling.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align e-commerce strategies with broader company objectives.
Analyze campaign spend and performance to grow brand e-commerce market share.
E-commerce Operations:
Ensure overall fulfillment process and highest consumer experience on all channels.
Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely communication and resolution.
Ensure the timely execution of promotions and alignment of campaign calendars on various channels.
Collaborate with the brand team on stock forecasting and inventory management to improve fulfillment rates.
Ensure all product information (pricing, promotion, stock levels, layout, images, copywriting) is accurate and up-to-date.
Content and Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, email, and affiliate marketing platforms.
Develop engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Create and manage product listings on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok, ensuring accurate and attractive product information.
Participate in and leverage campaigns and promotions offered by e-commerce platforms.
Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze different product and marketing campaign performances for improved future campaign planning.
Monitor and improve website visibility and rankings through SEO and SEM techniques.
Compile and present weekly and monthly sales and performance reports to management.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, IT, brand merchandising, and finance.
Ensure that marketplace branding, content, and visuals are aligned with all brand priorities and direction.
Maintain relationships with marketplace Key Account Managers and establish Joint Business Plans to grow sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of e-commerce experience managing in-house B2C and/or marketplace platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
Experience managing a team; regional experience is a plus.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., sitegiant, Big seller)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
