About the Role:
The Ecommerce Marketplace Sales Assistant plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations and growth of Apres Nail's presence across various Amazon marketplaces. This position builds upon foundational e-commerce skills to encompass key responsibilities in order fulfillment, inventory management, and international expansion. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with a passion for e-commerce and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
· Product Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings on Amazon, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates.
· Inventory Management: Manage and track inventory levels to ensure product availability, prevent stockouts, and optimize stock replenishment.
· Advertising & Promotions: Execute and monitor Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
· Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze competitor activities on Amazon, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Customer Service Support: Monitor customer reviews and feedback on Amazon, address inquiries, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams as needed to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
· A+ Content and Brand Store Management: Create, update, and maintain A+ Content and Brand Store pages to enhance brand presence, provide detailed product information, and improve the customer shopping experience.
· Sales Order Creation: Create and process sales orders for Wholesale Amazon accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
· FBA Replenishment: Create and manage replenish shipments to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) warehouses to optimize inventory distribution and ensure efficient delivery to customers.
· Amazon International Shipping Plans: Develop and execute shipping plans for Amazon International marketplaces, coordinating logistics and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
· Ecommerce Specialist Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Ecommerce Specialist in managing multiple Amazon accounts and countries, including data analysis, reporting, and project assistance.
· Other Duties as Assigned: Assist the Ecommerce team with various projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Detail-oriented and highly organized.
· Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus.
