Description

This fast-paced role is responsible for improving and enhancing digital self-service features on the company’s websites. You'll help improve our Customer's digital experience and conversion rate throughout our online properties.

What will you be doing: 

• Proactively monitor and audit the websites to ensure proper functionality of all self-service features

• Lead the projects designed to introduce new improvements to the customer’s online experience as directed by your manager.

• Be the primary point of contact for all things related to digital self-service. This includes, but is not limited to, account information, account settings, order information, invoice/payment information, order tracking, AI ChatBot and all other features related to self-service. 

This is a full time, in-person position in Edina, MN 

1.  2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce, with hands-on experience in Magento or a related web platform.

2.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience in E-Commerce, Marketing, or relevant field.

Salary Range: $70K – $85K
