Are you a confident communicator, looking to get into a commercial e-commerce related role? We have partnered with a family owned, market leading brand who are looking for creative, forward-thinking individual to join their team in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury, high end business, who are willing to train and develop you within customer service and administration.

Main Duties:

Be a strong advocate for the business, and gain an excellent understanding of the company, products, and services.
Gain a full understanding of the end-to-end E-commerce operations from stock management and reporting to handling customer enquiries, sales orders, and shipments.
Ensure end to end customer experience remains at the highest possible level.
Answer customer sales and service enquiries via phone and email quickly and efficiently.
Take ownership of each customer’s journey from placing the order to the item being received or a return being processed.
Focus on driving customer satisfaction and engagement and where possible minimise returns.
Keeping managers regularly up to date with issues to minimise problems occurring.
Learn the manufacturing process, product collections and specifications to further support and offer informed advice to enrich a customer’s buying decision.
Collect and report on complaints and returns data.
Uphold company compliance / policies with data protection laws including GDPR with respect to data protection.
Take a keen interest in the fashion market.

The ideal Candidate:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Remain courteous and professional when handling customers.
Passion for customer service and has the proven ability in handling customers.
Interested in fashion and or online retailing.
Enthusiasm, with a can-do attitude with a positive approach.
Polite, calm, with a willingness to learn.
Enjoy working in a small team environment.
