Job Description - Ecommerce Sales Manager (Englewood Cliffs, NJ)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce platform (https://hishop.hiossen.com/)
Analyze past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
Access potential partnership prospects
Define and revise order fulfilment policies and procedures
Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.
Manage and review e-commerce operations and processes.
Manage customer retention and loyalty programs.
Manage sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programs over digital platforms.
Manage the procurement and implementation of new technologies.
Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance.
Monitor and review data mining and analytics tools.
Ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
Work closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing preferred
Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
Proficient in HTML and CSS / Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of web design
