Overview:

The E-commerce Sample Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of product samples through the studio — from intake and preparation to tracking and returns while also supporting both on-model and off-model photography teams by ensuring the right products are available, prepped, and prioritized for each shoot.    

Key Accountabilities:

• Help receive and check in new product samples into tracking systems
• Organize samples by category and label them for photography
• Steam and prep garments for photo shoots
• Assist in allocating daily sample needs for photo teams
• Track which samples are done, pending, or need to be returned
• Communicate clearly with team members about sample availability
• Keep sample areas clean, organized, and easy to navigate
• Support special projects or urgent sample requests as needed

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities/Education: 

• 1–2 years of experience or internship in studio operations, retail, fashion, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, filtering, lookups, etc.)
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills
• Clear communication style and strong follow-up habits
• Ability to lift and move boxes, garments, and sample racks as needed
• Comfortable working in a structured, high-volume production setting
• Interest in photography, product styling, or fashion is a plus
