The E-commerce Tech Manager is a "player-coach" role. You won't just be overseeing systems; you will be managing our external development teams, ruthlessly prioritizing project pipelines, and holding partners accountable for high-quality, timely delivery. You are the bridge between business goals and technical execution. If you have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (Adobe Magento a plus) and the ability to redirect the technical team toward the right solution, you will have an immediate impact on our goal to become the "Amazon of Chemicals."

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, occasional overtime) with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. This role reports to the CEO.
