Position:

Economic Development and Real Estate Sourcing and Holdings Manager with Andrezzi Real Estate Holdings LLC, Naturals 2 Go Holdings LLC, Naturals 2 Go+ Holdings LLC, and Vend Tech Technologies Holdings LLC, located at 133 Southern Blvd, Savannah, GA. Your official start date will be September 2025.

Job Description:

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and nurturing strategic relationships with local, regional, and state-level economic development organizations in the areas where Naturals 2 Go+ operates. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, securing, and maintaining leased and purchased facilities, funding opportunities, tax incentives, grants, discounts, preferential loans, and other governmental concessions to support and expand our business operations. Proposal writing, coordination with public entities, and long-term development strategies will be key components of your work.

Compensation:

- Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year, paid biweekly.

- Variable Compensation and Bonus: 5% of any verified economic development funds or concessions you directly secure for the group of companies, paid as received.

- Benefits: Two weeks (10 business days) of paid vacation annually, plus company holidays and designated “refresh” days.

• Health and Retirement: Eligibility for our standard health plan and participation in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan, subject to enrollment guidelines.
