eControl Sales Operations Intern - Urgent Role

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Operations Intern to join Vorys eControl Sales & Marketing Team this summer!

Position Summary:

The Sales Operations Intern will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department.

Essential Functions:

• Research and segmentation of existing eControl sales leads.
• Assist attorneys and paralegals with sales pipeline management and opportunity creation.
• Create custom sales support documents for sales calls. Support the creation of marketing content that connects with clients at various stages of their journey.
• Conduct outreach to sales leads to book meetings with Partners.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• A bias toward action and willingness to learn on the fly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing simple spreadsheets and databases (all requirements will be taught)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Desired:

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management tools
• Knowledge of marketing and communications in a professional business setting

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current college student working towards Bachelor’s degree.
