Ecosystem Development Associate

Atom.com is looking for an Ecosystem Development Associate to help build and grow our partner network from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their partnerships career who is energized by outreach, relationship-building, and making things happen.

You’re plugged into the AI startup world — you follow what’s being built, who’s building it, and where those conversations are happening. You’re ready to turn that awareness into real partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Support outreach and relationship development with AI startups, developer tools, accelerators, and founder communities


• Help build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities from first contact through activation


• Coordinate co-marketing, referral, and integration opportunities with partner teams


• Assist in developing partner-facing materials, onboarding flows, and program documentation


• Track partnership activity and outcomes in CRM and report on progress


• Participate in founder communities and ecosystem spaces where Atom’s partners live

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role


• Genuine familiarity with the AI startup ecosystem — you know the players and follow the space


• Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and follows through consistently


• Organized and self-motivated; you manage your own pipeline without being nudged


• Excited to be part of building something from an early stage


• Startup or marketplace experience is a plus
