Position Summary:

The eCW Support Specialist serves as the eClinical Works super user and trainer.  This positions is responsible for day to day eClinical Works operations in the clinic settings.  Trouble shoots and interacts with the eClinical Works support staff.  Works with I.T. Staff on issues involving Family Health Services/Chowchilla Medical Center interfaces.  Will talk users through basic system corrections, software issues or personally corrects problems after performing basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

Prefer High school graduate or equivalent with one year experience in Information Technology and/or eClinical Works.

Requires Computer and Software knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required; Office machine background preferred.

Requires good system analysis skills, understanding of data processing policies, standards, computer operations, and equipment.  Able to handle departmental machinery.  Work with minimal supervision using independent judgment of job assignments.  Must be a quick learner, ability to multi-task, and professional.  Willing to learn eClinical Works as a super user, train, and support clinic staff in eClinical Works use.
