All Smiles Dental Group, located near Powers and Bloomington, is growing and looking to add an experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to our busy family practice full time. We have a fun, energetic, and cohesive team led by a fantastic dentist who has been with our practice for over ten years. Schedule: Monday-Thursday with 1 Saturday per month.

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8a-5pm, Sat 8a-2pm

Base Wage: Working FT up to 40 hours per week, potential earning opportunities from $52,000 to $62,500 in annual rewards, with a starting hourly wage of $22-$30 per hour.

Bonus eligibility: Up to $2,000 in annual compensation via select bonus programs.

Signing Bonus: We will provide a $2,000 sign-on bonus as an incentive.

Loyalty Bonus: As an incentive, you can receive a $5,000 loyalty bonus. * Restrictions apply, and criteria must be met to qualify for this bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist chairside
• Genuinely welcome patients into the practice - make them feel at ease
• Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achieved
• A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
• Set up and break down of operatories
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory daily
• Present and enter treatment plans into Denticon
• Provide post-operative instructions
• Sterilization of instruments according to regulations
• Stocking supplies, ordering supplies, and any additional duties as necessary

Requirements

• 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience
• EDDA Certification is required
• X-Ray Certification required
• CPR/BLS Certification required
• Denticon experience is a plus but is not required
