EDGE is Heritage Hill (HH) Property Management's leadership development program for experienced leaders ready to transition into multifamily. Start in a frontline role, build industry expertise through coaching and certification, and follow a defined career path toward Director.

No property management experience required. We'll teach you the industry; you bring the leadership.

Maintenance & Trades

For hands-on professionals with 5–7 years of maintenance, facilities, or skilled trades experience, including crew leadership, who are ready to take ownership of operations and results.

Maintenance Technician ? Maintenance Manager ? Senior Maintenance Manager ? Regional Maintenance Manager ? Director of Maintenance

Where Your EDGE Begins

• Leasing: Guide prospects through tours and leasing, drive renewals and resident satisfaction, and learn community operations while earning HH certifications.
• Maintenance: Complete service requests and make-readies, maintain building systems, and deliver exceptional resident experiences while earning HH certifications.
• Both Tracks: Meet with your coach every two weeks, develop your skills, and work toward your next certified career level.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: Leasing Consultant $40,000–$47,000 | Maintenance Technician $42,000–$50,000
• Leadership Earning Potential: Director roles up to $125,000.
• Performance-Based Rewards: Guaranteed base pay, plus gainshare, and long-term incentives (LTIP) at eligible career levels.
• Professional Development: Paid certifications and defined training opportunities.
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO (including your birthday!), and potential housing discounts for onsite living.

Compensation varies by property, market, role, and qualifications. Incentive eligibility depends on career level.

Experience Requirements:

• Leasing Track: 5+ years leading teams in customer-facing environments.
• Maintenance Track: 5–7 years in maintenance, facilities, or skilled trades, including crew leadership.
