Hearth & Home Technologies is looking for a EDI Developer Business Analyst II to join our team in Lakeville, MN. We are the nation’s leading manufacturer and supplier of hearth products, including a wide variety of gas, electric, wood and pellet burning fireplaces, inserts, stoves, and accessories.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a set of impactful ERP (Manage 2000) system enhancements and fixes that drive gross margin improvements, cost reductions, and operations efficiencies.

• Perform preventative maintenance and support the ERP system to ensure 99.95% uptime and excellent performance for the HHT business teams.

• Make significant contributions to plant continuous improvement priorities including multiple problem solving and value stream mapping events.

Experience & Qualifications

4-year college degree in Computer Science or a business-related field plus 2-4 years’ experience in an information technologies analyst role with a manufacturing and/or wholesale distribution company, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred:

• Prior background in systems development, computer programming and/or systems analysis.

• Knowledge of current computer technologies in ERP/ Distribution systems, CRM systems, eCommerce/Web development, Bar Code systems, EDI, EFT, Business Intelligence and EIS.

• Experience with MANAGE 2000, Prophet21 CommerceCenter, Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL and COGNOS would be beneficial.

• Experience with Lean.
