| 1. | Centralized Requests, Placement, and Partnership Coordination Administers the centralized intake process for APC student, school, and placement requests and ensures requests are complete, documented, and routed appropriately. Maintains current information on school relationships, learner types, clinical specialties, sites, placement requests, decisions, and available preceptor capacity. Coordinates communication among schools, learners, preceptors, clinical departments, APC leaders, nursing leaders, and education administration. Tracks placement utilization, constraints, and unmet demand; prepares information for capacity planning and preferred-partner discussions. Maintains centralized school and program contacts, partnership records, placement requirements, communication schedules, and supporting documentation. Supports implementation of standardized school selection and preferred-partner practices established by program leadership. Escalates capacity conflicts, exceptions, and policy questions to the Lead Clinician or Manager for decision.

| 2. | Learner Onboarding, Support, Compliance, and Operations Coordinates standardized onboarding, orientation, access, and offboarding workflows for APC students and provides general coordination support for other student and learner populations as assigned. Tracks required documentation and readiness requirements, including affiliation status, immunizations, background requirements, training, policy acknowledgements, system access, badges, and other organizational requirements. Serves as a primary contact for routine student questions and helps learners navigate onboarding steps, organizational expectations, training-site resources, and appropriate points of contact. Provides timely, student-centered support for access, scheduling, technology, parking, orientation, required documentation, and other nonclinical logistics. Triages concerns, connects learners with the appropriate school, preceptor, department, employee support, safety, or organizational resource, and escalates urgent, sensitive, academic, clinical, or policy matters. Maintains orientation materials, frequently asked questions, checklists, communications, templates, and learner resources that promote a consistent and welcoming experience. Supports student communications, office hours, information sessions, and other activities that help learners understand processes and successfully participate in their educational experience.

| 3. | Program Infrastructure, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement Maintains shared resources, standard work, templates, calendars, distribution lists, SharePoint or Teams content, and other program documentation. Coordinates meetings, agendas, materials, action items, and follow-up for school partner and internal stakeholder forums. Coordinates operational planning for new or revised educational models, rotations, and learner experiences. Documents workflows, identifies recurring student questions or process gaps, and supports standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinates learner and preceptor surveys and feedback; summarizes trends, barriers, and opportunities for improvement. Produces recurring and ad hoc reports on requests, placements, turnaround times, school partnerships, capacity, preceptor participation, onboarding completion, student support themes, and learner experience. Partners with other education coordinator roles to share best practices, align standard work, strengthen handoffs, and promote consistent processes and learner experiences across programs and sites.
