The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) is charged with implementing the state's public school laws for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade public schools at the direction of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction and State Board of Education.
Description of Work
The primary purpose of the Healthy Schools Consultant is to provide leadership, direction, and technical assistance for planning, implementing and evaluating strategies for the overall CDC grant in NC Healthy Schools at NC Department of Public Instruction to improve student health and academic achievement through nutrition, physical activity and the management of chronic health conditions in schools.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences

Minimum Education and Experience
