Education Program Lead - Creo & Digital Thread

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of PTC Education and is responsible for program execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational rigor in support of established education strategy.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Execute Creo education initiatives, with a primary initial focus on student certification programs, in alignment with defined goals and priorities\n\n\n\n\n * Manage day-to-day program operations, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables\n\n\n\n\n * Lead end-to-end program execution and continuously optimize programs using data and feedback\n\n\n\n\n * Track and report on certification performance metrics, including signups, attempts, and pass rates\n\n\n\n\n * Coordinate closely with marketing teams to support campaign execution, tracking, and optimization\n\n\n\n\n * Engage with faculty, academic staff, and career centers to promote Creo certification offerings\n\n\n\n\n * Influence cross-functional partners across Marketing, Sales, Product, Enablement, and eCommerce to align on education priorities\n\n\n\n\n * Build relationships with university faculty, administrators, and external partners\n\n\n\n\n * Represent PTC Education at academic and industry events\n\n\n\n\nSkills and Knowledge\n\n * Advanced program leadership and cross-functional influence skills\n\n\n\n\n * Strong data fluency with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions\n\n\n\n\n * Proficient in Excel, PowerBi, Salesforce\n\n\n\n\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations\n\n\n\n\nExperience\n\n * 6+ years of experience in program management, education, or related roles\n\n\n\n\n * Experience executing large-scale or global programs with measurable outcomes\n\n\n\n\n * Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, evolving environments\n\n\n\n\n * Experience working with higher education institutions or certification programs preferred\n\n\n\n\n * Familiarity with engineering education landscape a plus\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Engineering, Education, or related field\n\nAt PTC, we believe in the power of diverse ideas and perspectives.
