This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
Family Engagement and Communication: At Apple Montessori Schools, we value the partnership between families and our school. Our Education Specialists foster a communicative, supportive atmosphere, ensuring families are informed through events like Back to School Night, Parent-Teacher Conferences, and workshops.

Program Quality & Compliance:Oversee assessments and staff training, ensure compliance with standards, and monitor classrooms for safety and curriculum alignment. Track student interventions, support incident reviews, manage inventories, review lesson plans, and maintain clean, well-equipped learning environments.
Staff Management & Leadership: Support staff retention by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and serving as a trusted resource for teachers. Ensure staff complete required professional development hours.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission at either a Specialist or Director level. Your years of experience, leadership capabilities, and educational background will help determine the best fit.
