Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Education Support Analyst to join their team for a remote position and support users worldwide. This resource will be responsible for responding to inquiries related to Education Products and Programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Progress assigned open tickets and triage new tickets with timely, high-quality replies
Communicate solutions clearly and patiently
Document interactions for future support strategies
Propose improvements based on user feedback and observed trends
Skills and Qualifications: Experience in product support, technical support, or other related customer support roles
Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
Experience with ticketing systems (ideally Zendesk)
Motivated to continuously contribute to client users, team, and company's success
Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting that evolves frequently
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Have the desire to help others, find solutions, and overcome roadblocks
Ability to notice emerging trends and improvement opportunities, think creatively, and brainstorm solutions
Thrive as a team player and enjoy working regularly with other Education teams

$29.65 per hour
