What You'll Do:

Lead the implementation of our curriculum, ensuring that it meets the developmental needs of each child.

Train and mentor a team of passionate educators who share our commitment to excellence.

Foster strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and creating a supportive learning community.

Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Actively participate in professional organizations, conferences and lectures

What You'll Need:

Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Demonstrated success in leading a team, with a passion for mentoring and developing educators.

Bring creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom, inspiring a love of learning in young children.

Organized and able to multitask, strategically resolves challenges, and has a great attitude.

Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
