At Little People’s College, we’re more than a daycare—we’re a dedicated Early Education and Care program providing year-round, high-quality education and care for infants through school-age children.
We’re looking for a passionate Educational Leader who’s excited to guide and support our incredible team of educators while creating a nurturing and enriching environment for children to thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading with Vision
Help set the direction for our program by creating and carrying out big-picture goals
Motivate and uplift educators so everyone feels inspired and aligned
Work collaboratively with the team to align with and be inspired by the program’s mission, vision and educational goals.
Supporting Educators
Observe, evaluate, and mentor educators to help them grow
Present and coordinate meaningful professional development opportunities within and outside of the classroom
Foster a professional and collaborative culture among educators
Guiding Curriculum & Instruction
Review and support curriculum planning to ensure it meets educational standards
Oversee classroom practices and help track learning outcomes
Use child assessment data to guide improvements
Ensure practices align with best practices
Focusing on Student Well-Being
Promote a safe, welcoming, and fun learning environment
Address any barriers to learning with care and compassion
Support educators to build strong relationships with families and encourage open communication
Engaging with the Community
Connect with local partners to strengthen community ties
Represent LPC at community events and act as an advocate for early education
Help share our story and maintain a positive public image
Additional Responsibilities
Support continuous quality improvement and accreditation efforts
Lead and support the team with screening and assessment tool activities
Lead the team to plan and manage fun events and special activities

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Early Education or a related field (preferred)
Leadership experience in an early childhood education setting
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
A passion for inspiring educators and helping teams grow together
