Pay: $ 34.99 to $38.10 per hour Plus Super

About Goodstart Rutherford

• Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart Rutherford is a 75 - place centre.


• Great Location: Goodstart Early Learning Rutherford is close to the public school.


• Individualized Curriculum: The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.

You’ll need:

• Cert III / Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)


• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards


• Current NSW Working with Children Check
