EE/CS Patent Agent

  ·        Bachelor’s
degree in computer science, Electrical
Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.

  ·       1–2
years’ experience in patent prosecution.

  ·       Industry
experience in software, AI, ML, and semiconductors is strongly preferred.

Role and Responsibilities:

·       Draft,
file, and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.

·       Work
closely with clients and inventors to develop filing
strategies and manage IP portfolios.

·       Conduct freedom-to-operate, due diligence, and validity
assessments.

·       Respond
to office actions and interact with the USPTO and
international patent offices.

·      Collaborate
with a team of top-tier IP professionals.

·      Grow
in a role with clear opportunities for advancement.

Requirements
