This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex patent portfolios and innovation strategy under the mentorship of senior partners who have advised high-tech clients, supported M&A due diligence, and led high-stakes post-grant and litigation proceedings.

Position Overview

The primary focus of this role is patent preparation and prosecution in EE/CS-related technologies, with opportunities to support post-grant proceedings, freedom-to-operate and infringement analyses, litigation support, and IP due diligence. Attorneys in this group work closely with emerging companies, global technology leaders, and venture-backed startups across a wide range of fast-moving technology sectors. The position offers a hybrid schedule based in Washington, DC, with remote flexibility considered for qualified candidates.
