The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations, conducting thorough investigations, and promoting a fair and inclusive workplace. This position requires a proactive approach to addressing and resolving issues related to workplace discrimination and harassment, while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role focused on EEOC compliance and investigations.
  • Extensive knowledge of EEOC regulations and guidelines.
  • Proven experience in conducting and managing workplace investigations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
