EFS - Worcester County

We are hiring Election Field Support staff to assist with upcoming Board of Elections operations throughout Baltimore County. In this role, you will be assigned to early voting locations or election day polling sites to help ensure everything runs smoothly.

No prior election experience is required training will be provided.

Schedule:
Varies based on election needs (Early Voting & Election Day coverage)

Pay: $30/hr

Location: Worcester County, MD

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide on-site support at assigned voting locations
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of equipment or setup issues
• Work alongside election staff, including Chief Judges and support teams
• Report and document any issues that arise
• Assist with ballot drop box pickups when needed
• Support additional tasks as directed by election leadership

Work Environment & Travel:

• Assigned to a voting site within Baltimore County
• May require travel between locations within the county and occasionally within the state
• Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle required)

Training Requirement:

• Must attend a pre-assignment meeting/training with the Election Director or designated staff before starting
