EHRS Trainer/Analyst (110)
Remote to CA Residents Only  

 

Provide specialized support, training, system application setup-up, and documentation on the EHR Software system to the Kings View Professional Services customers in areas of client setup, client accounting, billing, managed care, CalOMS, CSI and clinical applications. Assist in management support to the Information Systems Department. Perform specialized data reports and analysis. Interact with staff and public.

 

How will I contribute

  • Ability to function as Implementation Project Lead Analyst under direction EHR Support Systems Analyst III and Director of Software Support Services.
  • Provide EHR system setup as needed.
  • Ability to analyze client operating problems and implement solutions.
  • Work with and under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Support and Implementation as needed to develop training materials.
  • Ability to manage/supervise staff as needed to complete complex information technology projects and tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and interface with customer management teams in a collaborative manner to ensure positive outcomes and goals of management projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of all training programs in a specific area or functional unit.
  • Conduct training for a variety of audiences including leadership, clinical, medical and administrative staff.
  • Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to management and senior leadership.
  • Ability to communicate in an accurate, consistent, and effective manner and participate in development of written materials for various peer groups and high level audiences, including formal presentations..

 

What I bring

  • AA Degree or other specialized program in computer operations/business management, or two years additional relevant Intermediate facility with Microsoft Office.
  • At least five years experience in a complex information system environment. Knowledge of client billing, CalOMS, CSI and other mental health, drug and alcohol state requirements. Knowledge of clinical operations including but not limited to Assessments, Treatment Plans, Progress Notes and clinical scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
