We have a unique opportunity to bring on a temp EHS Position with the goal of developing into a permanent, full-time role based in Houma, LAPlease send resumes to [email protected] put EHS LA in the subject.Pay: $35 and UP DOEStart: April 2025Details:Position Roles/Responsibilities:•Periodic auditing via EHS Insight– report findings to BU leadership and correct deficiencies•Facility Jobsite Work with BU Operations Manager and/or VP to determine necessary PPE required for each employee and ensure these items are issued.•Participate in bi-monthly EHS Coordination Meeting & Monthly Corporate EHS Committee Report and investigate incidents in accordance with company policy•Perform incident/accident investigations in conjunction with EHS and OPS management as needed.•Ensure all required EHS Insight/company/clint training is completed•Act as safety representative on projects when required by clients•Manage and submit BU EHS KPIs on monthly basis•Audits – through our EHS Software (EHS Insight) VOICE Participation – Behavior Based Safety Program•EHS Meetings Training completion PercentageQualifications:•Minimum of 5 years’ EHS experience•Minimum 2 years’ EHS experience in a regional role preferred•Degree preferred•Associates Bachelors•BCSP Certification•CHST, ASP, GSP•Experience Championing EHS Initiatives•Ability to Travel – up to 30%•Leadership and Project Management•Regulatory Knowledge•OSHA•MSHA•Maritime
