Job Description - EHS Co-Teacher

Ready to Shape Young Learners and Make a Big Impact? Join us at Wonderspring as an EHS Co-Teacher in our STAR 4 Pottstown Center, where our infant and toddler classrooms are full of curiosity, discovery, and a little bit of organized chaos in the best way.

We're not just building lesson plans, we're building futures. You’ll partner with another fantastic Co-Teacher to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on the Creative Curriculum and PA Early Learning Standards, all while making learning feel like magic.

We take early education seriously, but we believe fun and growth should be part of the job too.

What You’ll Get to Do (and Have Fun Doing!)

Craft and deliver lesson plans that are as developmentally appropriate for infants and toddlers
Share your weekly classroom magic with families inside and outside the classroom
Be a professional kid wrangler, keeping everyone safe, supported, and engaged
Use your calm, cool, and collected energy to help kids work through big feelings with a little help from FLIP IT and Second Step
Observe, assess, and cheer on each learner’s progress like the rockstar educator you are
Team up with parents and fellow teachers to help every child thrive

Your Special Skills & Qualities

Required: Infant/Toddler CDA
At least two years' experience with infants or toddlers in an educational setting.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with parents/guardians.
Ability to maintain high level standards of confidentiality regarding center, staff, and family matters.
Understanding of DHS licensing, Keystone Stars, and accreditation standards.
Proficient in managing a multicultural classroom environment.
