EHS Manager

SkyWater is partnering with a client in the North metro who’s looking for an EHS Manager to join their team! The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing & implementing safety programs, leading incident investigations, managing a small team, and much more. We’re looking for an experienced EHS professional who’s interested in joining an industry leading manufacturer where they can lead the EHS function for a large site. Our client is a mid-sized manufacturer who’s been growing at a consistent clip and has a manufacturing presence across the globe. Responsibilities:
Oversee a small team and distribute projects & responsibilities.
Lead safety audits and incident investigations at this site.
Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies & procedures.
Oversee environmental programs & update policies when needed.
Other projects or responsibilities as assigned.

Desired Skills And Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
3+ years of experience within EHS, Safety or a combination of similar experience.
Experience leading or overseeing team members preferred.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations & policies.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
