Job Description - Elder Program Support Specialist

  Elder Program Support Specialist

Are you an organized multitasker with a heart for service and a mind for details? LIFE Senior Services is looking for a versatile and proactive Support Specialist to support our LIFE PACE and Adult Day Health (ADH) programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys connecting the dots across teams, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of older adults.

LIFE PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) helps Tulsa’s aging population live independently in their homes and communities, while accessing comprehensive healthcare and supportive services. As Support Specialist, you’ll play a behind-the-scenes but vital role, ensuring the program runs smoothly and efficiently—from quality tracking and compliance monitoring to staff training, onboarding, and team support.

This position works closely with leadership and frontline staff alike and requires someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once. You’ll manage learning systems, prepare reports and data for audits, support new employee orientation, coordinate satisfaction surveys, and help bring ADH communications and special events to life. If you’re the go-to person in your circle—the one who keeps everything moving, solves problems on the fly, and still finds time to celebrate others—you may be the perfect fit.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

· Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field

· At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or healthcare program administration

· Experience in aging services, long-term care, or community-based programs is highly desirable

· Familiarity with compliance processes, quality tracking, and data reporting is a plus

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning new software systems

· Valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, clean driving record and use of personal vehicle.

Our Benefit Package includes:

· Medical insurance options

· Flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care

· Dental and vision insurance

· Life and AD&D insurance

· Short-term and Long-term disability

· PTO and 10+ holidays annually

· 401(k) savings plant with matching

This is a Safety Sensitive position requiring candidates to have:

· A background check

· A pre-employment physical and drug test
