Position Elderly Care Assistant

Location Carrollton

Monday to Thursday 1 PM to 5 PM

Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to assist an elderly client who is able to walk but is a fall risk. The primary responsibilities include providing minimal drying assistance and ensuring the client's safety during the designated hours. This is a long-term care position.

Responsibilities

Provide minimal drying assistance as needed.

Monitor the client to prevent falls.

Engage in light conversation and companionship.

Ensure the client's overall well-being and safety.

Requirements:

Previous experience in elderly care preferred.

Ability to provide gentle and respectful assistance.

Reliable and punctual with a commitment to the scheduled hours.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience and compassion for working with the elderly.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
