We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of electrical mechanical components used in aviation systems. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on electrical and mechanical components.
Conduct repairs and overhauls on a variety of aviation components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and identify issues with electrical and mechanical systems, utilizing technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement effective repair and maintenance procedures.
Test and validate repaired components to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
Document all work performed, including detailed reports on inspections, repairs, and testing.
Stay current with industry advancements and technological changes in aviation systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Mechanical Technician in the aviation industry.
Associate's degree or equivalent technical training in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Experience with Voltmeters, AC & DC Power supplies, Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer Function Generators dynamometers, and Prony brakes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement effective repair and maintenance procedures.
Test and validate repaired components to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
Document all work performed, including detailed reports on inspections, repairs, and testing.
Stay current with industry advancements and technological changes in aviation systems.
