Electrical Assembler

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• 1. Panel Building (Primary)

-Layout according to print
-Mount hardware, wireways and terminal strips
-Wire all devices according to print
-Label strips and devices

• 2. Machine Wiring (Primary)

-Run correctly sized, thick-walled (RIGID) conduit between devices
-Mount wireway as required
-Pull, label, and terminate wires at devices and junction boxes

• 3. Basic Electrical Testing (Primary)

-Check input/output to all devices
-Verify all devices operate correctly
-Check operation of systems control device

• 4. Machine Building (Secondary)

-Assemble mechanical assemblies to print.
-Plumb pneumatic, hydraulic, and hydronic systems from schematics.
- Level and align components to specifications.

MISCELLANEOUS RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

1. Complete work assignments in compliance with Company safety standards
2. Provide and maintain personal hand tools required to effectively perform work assignments.
3. Maintain organized and clean work environment.
4. Assist in training employees.
5. Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
