Position Overview

We are currently hiring an Electrical Assembler for a manufacturing company in Pryor, OK. This is a temp-to-hire position requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions. The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for building electronic components, subassemblies, and systems according to work orders and diagrams. All applicants must be able to pass a tape measure test prior to submission.

Required Experience & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Good vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Ability to stand and sit frequently throughout the shift

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As an Electrical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
• Assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and systems per drawings and instructions
• Positioning and securing parts using crimping, staking, soldering, or similar techniques
• Mounting components and attaching hardware
• Connecting wires and installing assemblies per job specifications
• Ensuring accurate documentation of assembly processes
• Performing quality checks to verify assembly accuracy and function

Preferred Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
