Electrical Assembler | First Shift | Batavia, OH

Perform hand assembly work on post-surface mount circuit boards by following detailed written work instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and read values, polarity, and orientation of thru-hole components.
• Identify orientation and polarity of components according to the printed circuit board for thru-hole.
• Ability to read assembly drawings to identify part numbers for assembly.
• Basic understanding of the IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards.
• Utilize basic equipment.
• Utilize specialized equipment and/or machines as specified by management.
• Assist in the training of other assemblers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience on your resume working in assembly, electrical assembly is a huge plus
• Able to pass a background and drug screen
• Reliable transportation to Batavia, OH daily

Schedule:

M-Th 6:00am-3:15pm; F 6:00am-12:00pm

Pay:

$17/hr paid weekly $500.00 hiring/retention bonus! This position is eligible for $100/month attendance bonus!
