Purpose of Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembly worker to join our team in Pryor, OK. The Electrical Assembly role is responsible for assembling electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems according to work orders, production drawings, sample assemblies, or verbal instructions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly.
• Crimp, stake, screw, bolt, drill, rivet, solder, cement, or press fit components to secure parts in place using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, onto chassis panels.
• Connect component lead wires to printed circuit boards or route and wire between components, connectors, and terminals using soldering or bonding equipment.
• Install finished assemblies or subassemblies into cases and cabinets.
• Assemble and attach hardware such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches.
• Adjust or trim materials to meet electrical or dimensional specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and show strong attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand and sit frequently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
