Job Description - Electrical Contractor Project Manager/Superintendent

Job Summary:

Works closely with the field personnel, contractors, engineers and clients to achieve handoff of the project, and establish project objectives and realizations. Keep engineers apprised of the daily project activities/changes as necessary. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork as assigned.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects.

Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Conduct site inspections and progress reviews.

Resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Prepare project reports and documentation.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of electrical experience; 3 years in project management

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven

Proficient in all Senior level qualifications

Excellent skills with desktop and mobile computing

Clean driving record and background check

Ability to plan and organize a team effort.
