Job Description: 
This position will manage JRT's electrical team which is comprised of electricians and electrical estimators as well as serve in a shared role of account management. JRT has been growing it's Electrical Service Division and this position will continue to play a key role in that area of growth for JRT.  In addition, the position will begin focusing on developing and growing electrical services we provide on our construction side. Scope of work includes:

• Oversee the electrical team to make sure projects, workload and manpower are on track
• Assist in sales process of acquiring new customers and maintaining current customer base
• May assist estimators preparing estimates for customers
• Coordinating subcontractors
• Securing and negotiating material pricing
• Monitor field productivity
• Assist in the interview process of all new candidates
• Pull and manage permits and inspections
• Maintain a book of business with growth goals

Required Skills:

• Washington Journeyman Electrical License
• Oregon Electrical License is Highly Desired
